    Please note: If you plan to take multiple ASE exams, you must submit a separate Proctored Registration Form for each exam. If you wish to take multiple exams on the same day, please list all exam names in the Exam Name field.

    If you choose the 6:00 PM time slot or the 10:00 AM time slot on Friday, your exam must be 2 hours or less. To ensure you have enough time to complete your exam, we recommend avoiding the final time slot of the day.

    Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled test time to allow for the check-in process.

  • On the day of the test, you must:

    • Please arrive on time. If you will be late or need to reschedule, call us in advance at 979-230-3253.
    • Bring a current photo ID. BC Students must have a BC ID with a current semester sticker or they will not be allowed to test.
    • Power off your cell phones and will be secured by testing personnel.
    • Review the Assessment Center Guidelines.

    Test Location, please report to CLC-107 in the Corporate Learning Center. 

    • Park in the Orange Parking Lot
    • Enter in the Corporate Learning Center Building
    • CLC-107: Is located straight down the hallway and to the right. You will see signs directing you to the Assessment Center.
    •  Please use the BC Map as a guide.

    Check-In & Testing Information

    Upon your arrival, for BC students, please bring a BC photo ID with a current semester sticker from the library. For non-BC students, please bring a photo ID. Please note that we cannot use photo IDs on your phone and if you do not have the required photo ID you will not be allowed to test.

    Once you complete the check-in process, testing will begin. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every student is processed as quickly and safely as possible.

    We have security cameras inside the test room and the test proctor will be actively monitoring you for the duration of your exam. They will not be able to assist you with any test questions. If you have are taking a computer test and experience any  technical issues, you will be able to alert them by raising your hand.
